Pricing
Free for people. Companies pay, and only after a month.
The side that fills the pool should not be charged for filling it. People pay only for actions that cost us a model and time — and start with enough tokens to try them.

Questions about money
- What do people actually pay for?
- Only the things that cost us a model and real time: the job hunt that compares you against every open listing, an introduction sent to an employer on your behalf, and suggestions. Everything else is free, and a new account receives tokens to try the paid parts.
- Do tokens expire?
- No. They are a unit of use inside the service, not money: they do not earn interest and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If a paid action fails for a reason on our side, the tokens are returned and the refund is written into your ledger with its reason.
- What does a company get in the free 30 days?
- Everything: create the company, invite colleagues, describe what it does, map the team, post listings and publish them on the exchange, read applicants ranked with their evidence. No card is asked for and nothing starts charging by itself.
- And after 30 days?
- Publishing on the exchange becomes a monthly plan. Mapping your own team, the internal positions and the alignment view stay free — that half of the product needs nobody outside the company and we would rather you used it.
- How is a company billed?
- Through a payment provider, which holds the card and hands us back a customer reference. Card numbers never reach this system. The billing record keeps the name and address for as long as tax law requires after the last invoice, and a job that runs daily deletes it when that period ends.
- Is there a plan for agencies or large companies?
- Not yet, and we would rather say so than invent one. Write to us with what you need and it will shape what gets built.
